Jack's Raw Bar

Jack’s Raw Bar is a delightful addition to the cellar door experience at The Shed at Cloudy Bay’s Northburn vineyard. There are fresh oysters aplenty, served natural with a ponzu sauce or tempuraed with a wasabi mayonnaise. Beef tartare and salmon poke round out the raw experience and you’ll also find pork belly sliders, shiitake arancini and a roast beetroot and goat cheese salad on the menu.

Find a spot under a tree on the lawn or tuck yourself in to the shade of The Shed’s terrace and bask in Central Otago’s glory.

Jack’s Raw Bar is available from 11.30am until 3.30pm Tuesday to Saturday through summer. 45 Northburn Station Road, Cromwell.
